CamCore Website and Media Automation Temporary Outage

The public CamCore website and Media Processing & Automation services were temporarily unavailable for approximately 15 minutes while the updated CamCore website was deployed.
The deployment has now been completed, and both the website and media automation services are operating normally.
We apologise for the brief interruption.

Microsoft 365 service degradation

Microsoft has advised that the Microsoft 365 service degradation affecting some users in Australia has now been resolved.
This issue was related to a third-party networking problem and was not caused by CamCore infrastructure.
All CamCore services remain operational.

Media automation services degraded

The issue affecting media automation and request processing services has now been resolved.
New movie and TV requests, availability updates, and automated media management tasks should now be processing normally again.
Cameron-Media Plex playback was not affected during this incident.

Media request submissions unavailable

Some users were unable to submit new movie and TV requests due to an incorrect permissions setting in the request system.
The issue has now been identified and fixed. Users should now be able to submit requests normally again.
Media playback through Cameron-Media Plex was not affected.
Resolution:
The affected setting has been corrected and request submissions have been restored.
